These terms govern use of the Kakuma Digital Network website.

Development phase: KDN is a proposed community-centered connectivity and digital inclusion initiative. It is not yet an operational or licensed internet service provider. Information on this website describes plans, proposed services and development-phase targets. It does not constitute an offer of commercially available internet service.

No service contract: registering interest, submitting an enquiry or downloading documents does not create a customer relationship, service guarantee, price lock or entitlement to connectivity.

Accuracy: we aim to keep information accurate and clearly labelled. Plans, targets, packages and coverage may change after technical, regulatory, financial and community assessments.

Acceptable use: do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or interfere with website security.

Intellectual property: KDN branding and website content are owned by KDN or used with permission. Third-party images are credited where required.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, KDN is not liable for losses arising from reliance on development-phase information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law: these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Kenya, subject to legal review.
